Deposit didn't go through?

A few common reasons a deposit attempt fails:

  • You're in an ineligible state

  • Your payment method isn't approved

  • Your bank didn't recognize the transaction

  • You've hit your deposit limit

⚠️ A few important rules:

  • Dabble doesn't accept prepaid cards for deposits

  • You can have a maximum of 2 accepted bank cards on your account at once

  • Your deposit info (name, billing zip code) must exactly match your Dabble account. Using someone else's payment info violates our Terms and can lead to your account being closed pending investigation

  • Our payment processors have final say on approving or declining any deposit

  • A payment method only gets saved after a successful deposit — if it fails, you'll need to re-enter your info next time

  • Once you've successfully made a deposit with a bank card, that card becomes eligible for withdrawals.

Playing Responsibly
