Where withdrawals are not covered by Fast Withdrawals, any request made before 03:30pm Central Time (CT) will be actioned on the same day. Any withdrawals requested after 03:30pm Central Time (CT) in this scenario, will be paid no later than 03:30pm Central Time (CT) the following day. Our payment team will process withdrawals 7 days a week. Manual withdrawals will only be paid Monday-Friday during business hours. No withdrawals are actioned on Federal holidays.

Account Verification Requirements

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your Dabble account must be fully verified. This includes submitting valid documentation such as a photo ID and a bank statement for review. Pending account verification will block withdrawal requests, and users must ensure all documents are up to date and accurate.

When the status of your withdrawal is updated to 'Paid', this will indicate the funds have left Dabble and will often mean that they have already arrived in your bank account.

To enable faster withdrawals, users will need to link their bank accounts through Aeropay. This setup must be completed in advance and cannot be applied to already submitted requests. Aeropay-linked accounts can process withdrawals in hours instead of 1-3 business days, subject to the linked bank being eligible for RTP payments. More information can be found about 'Fast Withdrawals' here. Please note, withdrawals exceeding $600 will require you to submit a W-9 form for IRS reporting. This form must be completed and verified for withdrawals to proceed.

Withdrawal Cancellation and Modification Policies

Once a withdrawal request is approved or marked 'Paid', it cannot be canceled or reversed. Canceling a withdrawal simply to expedite processing will not be effective.

Funds can be withdrawn directly to your chosen Bank Account via Bank Transfer by following these steps:

1) Tap on the Settings Cog

2) Choose the Withdraw Option Add New Withdraw Account in the menu.

3) Tap on manually add it here.

4) Fill out the required information and then select Add to save these details to your account. Please ensure this includes your full name as this is crucial for a successful payment. If the ‘Add’ button is not highlighted, please check that all the details have been entered correctly.

Please keep in mind, our system will automatically select your most recently used bank account on your next withdrawal request.

Troubleshooting Common Withdrawal Issues

Understanding the reasons behind withdrawal restrictions or delays can help ensure smooth transactions. Below, we highlight frequent obstacles and their solutions to guide you:

  1. Negative balance: Ensure earlier wagers or entries are settled before attempting to withdraw.

  2. Aeropay issues: Resolve declined payments and verify all linked details for a smooth transaction.

  3. Bank processing delays: Manually linked bank accounts may take 1-3 business days for withdrawal processing.

  4. Technical issues: Log out and restart the app before retrying withdrawal attempts; refresh account details if needed.

Funds can be withdrawn directly to your chosen bank account via Bank Transfer through the Dabble App only. Our Customer Service team will not be able to manually add any Bank Account details or process any withdrawals.

Withdrawals can only be requested to a bank account in the name of the Dabble account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted at Dabble and will result in account closure, in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawal cancellation requests made to retain funds for further gaming are not permitted, in adherence to Dabble’s responsible gaming measures.

Our system requires that all deposits and/or promotional activity made into a Dabble account are played through prior to authorizing a withdrawal. This means that if you deposit $10.00, you must make a minimum of $10.00 worth of entries before you can withdraw any winnings. Additionally, all withdrawals require account verification, including submission of necessary documentation such as photo ID and bank statements, before they can be processed.

Alternatively, if you wish to withdraw your funds without playing through them, you will need to contact Customer Support to initiate a manual withdrawal.

I've added the wrong account. How can I remove this?

Please reach out to our Customer Service team with details of the account you would like to remove.

My withdrawal has been paid to the incorrect Bank Account, what do I do?

If you have entered the wrong details, and your withdrawal status has been updated to paid, you will need to wait for the bank to reverse the funds back to us. This can take up to 10 business days for the funds to return to Dabble.

Once we have received the funds, we will credit these to your Dabble account and our team will notify you by email.
If your funds have not arrived back in your Dabble account after 10 business days, you can contact Customer Support to assist with your query.
