How do I cancel my withdrawal request?
⚠️ Once a withdrawal is marked "Paid" or "Processing," it can't be cancelled or reversed. If your withdrawal is still marked "Pending" or "Approved," our team may be able to help.

Credit card:

Why Haven't I Received My Withdrawal?
A few things to check:
Check your withdrawal status — Pending, Approved, Processing, or Paid. If it's still Pending or Approved, the funds simply haven't been sent yet. Find this under Settings > Transaction History > Withdrawals.
Verify your bank details — incorrect routing or account numbers can cause funds to bounce back. If that happens, we'll notify you by email.
Check for outages or delays — holidays or banking system issues can extend processing times.
New bank account? — newly linked accounts sometimes need extra security checks before withdrawals can process.
Account under review — a Terms & Conditions violation can delay or pause withdrawals while we look into it.
Pending verification or tax forms — withdrawals pause until your account verification or tax form is complete. Once that's done, you'll need to resubmit your withdrawal request.
External factors — delays can happen if official event results haven't been confirmed yet.
Resolving Missing Withdrawals
⏱️ Note: We can't begin reviewing a missing withdrawal until 10 full business days have passed.
Request a trace ID — if your funds show as "Paid" but haven't landed after 10 business days, you will need to email us a bank statement (PDF) to verify the funds were not received.
If your withdrawal went through Aeropay, contact them directly at [email protected]
Contact your bank — your bank can check for the pending transaction.
Avoid canceling and resubmitting — this resets the processing timeline and can add delays. Better to let the original request run its course.
Reattempt if needed — if funds bounced back due to incorrect details, update your info and resubmit.
