What is Aeropay?
Aeropay is a digital payment network that allows customers to make secure, direct bank-to-bank transfers without relying on traditional credit or debit cards. Dabble uses Aeropay to provide efficient withdrawals while helping protect customer security.
What Type of Withdrawals Does Aeropay Offer?
Fast Bank Transfers — Link a bank account through Aeropay that's supported by The Clearing House (TCH), and you'll get your funds the same day your withdrawal is marked Paid.
Standard Bank Transfers — If your bank doesn't support Real-Time Payments, your withdrawal runs through ACH instead — typically 1–3 business days after being marked Paid, depending on your bank.
How do I withdraw using Aeropay?
💡 Already have an Aeropay wallet? Just verify your identity by answering a security question sent to your Aeropay account's email — that's it.
Open the Dabble app and tap the Settings cog
Select Withdrawals
Tap Securely link your bank account
Tap Agree & Continue
Choose your bank from the list
Log in with your bank's online banking username and password
Verify your identity with the code sent to your Aeropay email
Select a checking account to link
Tap Continue to finish up
Tapping through takes you into Aeropay, where you'll search for and select your bank.
Follow the prompts to complete linking your bank account to Dabble.

How do I withdraw using Standard Bank Transfer?
Don't have an Aeropay wallet? No problem, follow these steps to get your funds:
Tap the Settings icon
Select Withdraw, then tap Add New Withdrawal Account
Tap Manually Add It Here
Fill in the required info and tap Add to save
If the Add button isn't lighting up, double-check all required fields are filled in correctly.
