Card Withdrawals

Updated this week

What are card withdrawals?

Card withdrawals let you withdraw your winnings back to the eligible card you used
to deposit. It’s a fast and simple option, with no need to add bank details.

Which cards are eligible?

Most Visa and Mastercard debit cards are supported, including Cash App cards.

On the withdrawal screen:

  • Active cards available for withdrawal

  • Inactive or ineligible cards shown but can’t be selected

Note: Prepaid cards, AMEX, and gift cards aren’t supported.

How fast are card withdrawals?

Once marked as paid by our team, card withdrawals are typically received within a few hours for all eligible TCH banks. There can be delays though subject to your banks processing times.

How do I withdraw to my card?

  1. Tap the Settings (cog) icon

  2. Select Fast Withdrawal

  3. Choose your eligible card

  4. Enter the amount

  5. Confirm

Your card won’t appear if you haven’t deposited with it before.

Adding a card

The first time you withdraw to a card, you’ll need to complete 2FA (SMS verification).
This is a one-time security check, so make sure your mobile number on file is up to
date. Future withdrawals to the same card won’t require 2FA.

Removing a card

You can remove a card from your account at any time. If a card is expired, cancelled,
or removed, it can’t be used for withdrawals.

To keep withdrawing, you’ll need to:

  • Add a new active card, or

  • Add a bank account

What if my card isn't eligible?

If your card doesn’t support withdrawals, you’ll need to use a bank account instead.
Select Fast Bank Transfers or Standard Bank Transfers from the withdrawal methods.

What if my card withdrawal fails?

Card withdrawals may fail for a few reasons:

  • Your card has expired or been cancelled

  • Your card has been blocked by your bank

  • Technical issues with your card issuer

If your withdrawal fails, please try again or contact our customer service team for
assistance. You may also need to contact your bank to ensure they're accepting the
transaction.
