Once marked "paid" by our team, card withdrawals typically land within a few hours for eligible TCH banks. Your bank's own processing time can occasionally add a delay.

💡 Good to know: Your card won't show up as an option unless you've deposited with it before - but once you have, it's ready to use right away for withdrawals too.

The first time you withdraw to a card, you’ll need to complete 2FA (SMS verification). This is a one-time security check, so make sure your mobile number on file is up to date. Future withdrawals to the same card won’t require 2FA. To add a new card, navigate to the Payment Methods section in the app and add your card directly. Note: Support cannot add or change cards on your behalf.
