How do I request a withdrawal?
Tap the Settings icon
Select Withdraw, then tap Add New Withdrawal Account
Tap Manually Add It Here
Fill in the required info and tap Add to save
If the Add button isn't lighting up, double-check all required fields are filled in correctly.
🚫 Attempting to link or use a third-party bank account can lead to withdrawal denials, removal of the linked account, or account suspension.
How long will it take to receive my winnings?
⏱️ Timing: Requests submitted before 3:30 PM CT on business days (Mon–Fri) are paid the same day. Requests after that time are paid the next business day.
Once your withdrawal is marked Paid, funds can take up to three business days to clear, depending on your bank. If it's taking longer than that:
Double-check your routing and account numbers are correct
If they're right, reach out to your bank directly
If there's an issue with your banking details, we'll let you know once the funds are returned to us
