How Do I Request a Withdrawal?
1) Tap on the Settings Icon.
2) Select Withdraw from the menu, then tap Add New Withdrawal Account.
3) Tap Manually Add It Here.
4) Fill out the required information, then tap Add to save your account details.
If the Add button isn't enabled, check that all required fields have been completed correctly.
Note: Attempting to link or use a third-party bank account may result in withdrawal denials, the removal of linked accounts, or account suspension.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Winnings?
Withdrawal requests submitted before 4:30 p.m. EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are paid the same day. Requests after 4:30pm EST are paid the next business day.
Once your withdrawal is marked Paid, it may take up to three business days for the funds to clear, depending on your bank. If you haven't received the funds within this timeframe, first verify that your routing and account numbers are correct. If they are, please contact your bank. If there's an issue with your banking details, we'll notify you once the funds are returned to us.
