Entry Conditions | Entry is open to all Dabble Customers who:
1. are a legal resident of a Relevant State; 2. meet the minimum legal age required to use the Dabble platform in their State; 3. hold an open and verified Dabble account; and 4. complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period.
No separate competition entry fee applies. To be eligible to enter, an Entrant must place a Qualifying Dabble Entry of US$1 or more. Submission of the Competition Entry is available at no additional cost after the Qualifying Dabble Entry has been placed. By entering, participants accept all rules of the Competition and agree to comply with all elements of this Schedule and the associated Conditions of Entry. |

Entry Procedure
| To submit an Entry, eligible participants must complete the following steps in the Dabble App before the end of the Promotion Period.
Participants must:
An Entry that satisfies all of the above requirements and complies with these Conditions of Entry will be an Eligible Entry and eligible for judging.
The outcome of the Qualifying Dabble Entry will not affect the judging, and the Qualifying Dabble Entry does not need to win. |

Entry Selection
| Each Eligible Entry will be individually judged on its merits against the following criteria:
Creativity and originality – use your creativity; we’re excited about this competition, and we want to see that you are too! Humor – everyone likes to have a laugh, and we’re looking for entries that bring some humour to the office! Fun – entries need to be fun and light-hearted.
The outcome, odds, potential return and success or failure of the Qualifying Dabble Entry will not form part of the judging.
The Entrants who submitted the five (5) highest-ranked Eligible Entries against the judging criteria will be selected as the Winners, subject to verification.
The Eligible Entries will be judged in Richmond, Victoria, Australia by a panel appointed by the Promoter. Judging will be completed by 5PM CT 08/18/2026.

Prize Details
| Each Winner will receive one (1) US$200 Food Delivery Voucher (Prize).

Prize Restrictions
| 1. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 2. The Prize is subject to any terms, conditions, expiry dates and usage restrictions imposed by the third-party voucher provider. 3. If a Winner does not claim the Prize by the Prize Claim Date, then the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and no cash or other compensation will be provided. |

Notification of Winners
| The Winners will be notified by in-app message within 1 day of the completion of the judging. |
Publication Details | The Promoter may publish each Winner’s first name, last initial and State of residence in any media, including on social media and in the Dabble App.
The Promoter may also tag the social media account(s) of the Winners and use and publish entrants’ responses for promotion purposes. |
Verification Requirements
| An Entrant selected through the judging process will not be confirmed as a Winner until they provide any evidence reasonably requested by the Promoter (if any) to verify their identity, age, eligible residency and Dabble account. |
Prize Claim Date and Use Period
| Winners will receive their food delivery voucher code via in-app message in the Dabble App following completion of the judging and verification process. Each Winner must follow the link provided to claim their voucher via the third-party provider and use the voucher within 30 days of the in-app message. |
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
| If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to claim the Prize by the Prize Claim Date or does not satisfy the Verification Requirements, the Prize will be awarded to an alternative Entrant with the next highest judging score, subject to regulatory requirements in the applicable State. |
Ball Park Bites Promotion – Astros vs Mariners 08/16/2026: Conditions of Entry
1. These Conditions of Entry must be read together with the Schedule. The Schedule prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Conditions of Entry.
2. By submitting an Entry, an Entrant accepts and agrees to comply with these Conditions of Entry and the Schedule.
3. Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless otherwise stated.
4. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
5. Entry to the Competition is open to persons who satisfy the Entry Conditions in the Schedule.
6. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. “Immediate Family Member” means spouse, parent, natural, step or adopted child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.
Entry
7. To enter the Competition, Entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period.
8. Entries may only be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form. Automated or computer generated entries will not be accepted.
9. Once submitted, an Entry cannot be altered.
10. Each Entrant may submit no more than the Maximum Number of Entries specified in the Schedule.
Entry Content
11. Each Entrant is responsible for their Entry and must ensure that it complies with the Schedule and these Conditions of Entry. Each Entry must:
a. be the Entrant’s original work;
b. relate to the Entrant’s Qualifying Dabble Entry;
c. not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
d. not contain any defamatory, abusive, obscene, unlawful, racist, sexist, discriminatory or otherwise offensive material; and
e. otherwise comply with any content requirements notified during the entry process.
12. The Promoter may deem an Entry invalid and exclude it from the Competition if the Entry is incomplete, ineligible or does not comply with the Schedule or these Conditions of Entry.
Determining and notifying Winners
13. Each Eligible Entry will be judged in accordance with the Entry Selection process specified in the Schedule.
14. Winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners section in the Schedule.
15.The Promoter may publish information about the Winners and use the content from Entries as described in the Publication Details of the Schedule.
Prizes
16. The Prize(s) and Total Prize Pool are specified in the Schedule.
17. Each Prize is subject to the Prize Restrictions specified in the Schedule and these Conditions of Entry.
18. Any voucher forming part of the Prize:
a. is subject to the expiry date and any terms and conditions imposed by the voucher provider;
b. must be used in accordance with the voucher provider’s requirements; and
c. will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or used without the Winner’s permission, except as required by law.
Claiming prizes
19. Each Prize must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date and in accordance with the claim
instructions set out in the Schedule.
20. If a Winner declines or fails to claim their Prize by the Prize Claim Date, does not satisfy the Verification Requirements or otherwise cannot accept the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and dealt with in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements specified in the Schedule.
21. An Entrant selected as a replacement winner must satisfy the Verification Requirements and claim the Prize in accordance with the Schedule.
General
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected Entry, claim or correspondence caused by technical malfunction, communication failure, network interruption or user error, except to the extent caused by the Promoter or otherwise required by law.
23. By submitting an Entry, the Entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish, communicate and adapt the Entry for the purposes of administering and promoting the Competition.
24. If a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
25. The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the judging and administration of the Competition are final.
26. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from participation in the Competition or use of a Prize. Nothing in these Conditions excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prizewinnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
28. The information Entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies andagencies connected with this Competition and to relevant authorities in the Relevant States,and the Winner’s name may be published in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and as required under relevant legislation.
