Permanent Self Exclusion

Updated this week

What is Permanent Self Exclusion?

If you feel the problem is serious enough, you can select to be Permanently Excluded. Dabble will close your account permanently and you will not be able to reopen it. Self-Exclusion will apply to all Dabble sites, including web, mobile and tablet apps and phone betting. A lifetime exclusion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your exclusion will start immediately once it has been confirmed.

  • Access or log in to the existing account.

  • Create new Dabble accounts in the future.

This decision is irreversible even if the exclusion was activated mistakenly, and support staff cannot override this policy.

This applies in all circumstances, including cases where the exclusion is activated accidentally.

Your account with Dabble will be locked permanently. This means you will lose all access to existing accounts and will be prohibited from creating or attempting to create new accounts in the future.

This ensures that once permanently self-excluded, access to any new or existing Dabble accounts is completely prohibited.

Funds Withdrawal:

If you have remaining funds in your account, you can request a manual transaction for withdrawal. You will need to provide details such as:

  1. Your full name

  2. Bank name

  3. Routing number

  4. Account number

Funds are typically deposited into your bank account within 5 business days after processing.

To Permanently Exclude from Dabble:

  1. Click on the Settings Cog in the top right corner of the APP

  2. Scroll down and click on 'Responsible Gaming'

  3. Click Self Exclude

  4. Read through and tick the checkbox once done

  5. Click on 'Activate Self Exclusion'
