Conditions of Entry and Offer Terms
1. These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the Schedule above. The Schedule prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms and Conditions.
2. By participating in the Promotion or accepting any Bonus Cash or prize awarded under it, a participant accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the other Dabble terms identified below.
3. Any capitalised term used in these Terms and Conditions has the meaning given in the Schedule unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility
4. The Promotion is available only to an Eligible User who also satisfies all applicable Dabble account and platform eligibility requirements.
5. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of Dabble, and their Immediate Family Members, are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. “Immediate Family Member” means a spouse, parent, natural, step or adopted child, or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.
6. Dabble may reject duplicate or suspected duplicate accounts, claims or entries, including those involving the same account, device, payment method, identity details or other identifying information, where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Promotion.
Part A – Daily US$1,000 Bonus Cash Giveaway
7. NO PURCHASE OR PAID ENTRY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE OR PAID ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.
8. Each Daily Drawing will be conducted in accordance with the Schedule. Dabble may use a computerised random-selection process or appoint an independent drawing administrator.
9. A potential winner is not confirmed as a winner until Dabble has verified that the potential winner satisfies these Terms and Conditions. Dabble may request evidence reasonably necessary to verify identity, age, residency, account status or other eligibility requirements.
10. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted within a reasonable period specified by Dabble, declines the Daily Prize, fails to provide reasonably requested verification information, or is otherwise unable to receive the Daily Prize, Dabble may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible Giveaway Entries for the applicable Daily Entry Period, subject to applicable law.
Part B – Play US$5, Get US$10 Bonus Cash Offer
11. To claim the US$10 Bonus Cash Offer, an Eligible User must place a qualifying US$5 real-money entry during the Promotion Period. Once the qualifying entry has been placed, US$10 in Bonus Cash will be credited to the Eligible User’s Dabble account.
12. Bonus Cash, promotional credit, free entries or any other non-real-money funds will not count toward the qualifying US$5 real-money entry.
13. The US$10 Bonus Cash Offer can only be claimed once per Eligible User and cannot be claimed if the participant has already received another Dabble sign-up offer.
14. The US$10 Bonus Cash is promotional value and is subject to Dabble’s Promotions Terms and Conditions, including the restrictions governing use, transfer, withdrawal or redemption. The US$10 Bonus Cash must be used within seven (7) days after it is credited to the Eligible User’s account, after which any unused amount will expire.
Prizes and Tax
15. Each confirmed winner will receive the Daily Prize specified in the Schedule. The Daily Prize is subject to Dabble’s Promotions Terms and Conditions and the Prize Expiry specified in the Schedule.
16. Winning a Daily Prize does not affect an Eligible User’s ability to receive the separate US$10 Bonus Cash Offer if they independently satisfy the requirements for that Offer.
17. A Daily Prize may have federal, state or local tax consequences. Each winner is responsible for any taxes arising from the award, receipt or use of a Daily Prize. Dabble may require a winner to provide tax or other information or documentation and may report the value of, or withhold amounts in respect of, a Daily Prize where required by applicable law.
Administration and Integrity
18. Dabble’s records and systems will determine the time and date of registration, successful account verification, qualifying real-money entries and Giveaway Entries. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, Dabble may determine the entrant by reference to the verified Dabble account holder and other reasonably available account information.
19. Dabble may deem a participant, claim or Giveaway Entry invalid if it is incomplete, ineligible, fraudulent, automated, generated through unauthorised means, affected by tampering, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
20. Dabble may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, fraud, technical failure, legal or regulatory requirements, or other circumstances that materially affect the integrity or lawful administration of the Promotion, subject to applicable law and any applicable filing or regulatory requirements.
21. Dabble accepts no responsibility for any technical failure or delay affecting registration, verification, allocation of a Giveaway Entry, a claim or correspondence due to a technical malfunction, communication failure, network interruption or user error, except to the extent required by law.
Winner Information, Privacy and Publicity
22. Dabble may publish a winner’s first name, last initial and State of residence in the Dabble App, on Dabble social media channels or in other media, and may disclose winner information to regulators or other authorities where required by law.
23. Where required by applicable law, Dabble will maintain or provide a winners list. Requests relating to winners or the Promotion may be sent to [email protected].
24. Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used by Dabble to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, award prizes, comply with legal and regulatory obligations and otherwise in accordance with Dabble’s Privacy Policy. Dabble may disclose information to service providers and authorities as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
General
25. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabble is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from participation in the Promotion or use of any Bonus Cash or Daily Prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
26. These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with Dabble’s Promotions Terms and Conditions, General Dabble Terms and Conditions, General Game Rules and Privacy Policy. Dabble’s Promotions Terms and Conditions govern the use, restrictions, expiry and treatment of Bonus Cash except to the extent these Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions expressly provide otherwise. If there is an inconsistency in relation to this Promotion, these Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
27. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Dabble may restrict participation in any jurisdiction where offering the Promotion would be unlawful or would require action not completed by Dabble before launch.
